米麴

做咗個種麴實驗, 買咗包呢啲




然後用普通白米,用呢個方法 (都係正常嘢嚟) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KywwpCzUWaE ,不過用我將啲米麴用攪拌機打碎,代替胞子將啲粉糝落啲蒸好嘅米度。



過咗兩日,結果都好似正常。睇嚟可以期望上面呢啲乾麴本身都有活性胞子 (我諗唔會特登高溫殺菌先賣啩)

不過大家中咗 aflatoxins 唔好問我⋯
